Abstract There are the game competition between the corporation and marketing department (employees) in marketing management. Thus, competition models were established. Enterprise's balances between selfmarketing model and surrogate marketing model were analyzed. The corporation's marketing strategy alternatives in different circumstances were researched empirically The influences of market o this model were also discussed.
