Abstract The turbulent environment has incurred the adaptation change of organizational design. The change of organizational design is induced by the need of knowledgesharing, and the relative elements are complementary elements. When the change of environment make some firms constantly changing their organizations to raise the initiative of their components, the need of knowledge-sharing simultaneously ask the organizations to improve their cooperation of organizational design. On the basis of the analysis and case study, some hypotheses are proposed, and they were verified by the questionnaire and the structural equation model. A guiding institutional supply model is also given.
