Relationship between Survant Leadership and Employee Satisfaction

Abstract  

The relationship between survant leadership and employee satisfaction, including affliation commitment, instrumental commitment and employee satisfaction,were studied. 386 questionares from eight enterprieses in China were analyzed statistically. The results show that survant leadershp is correlated with affiliation comiitment, instrumentam commitment and satisfaction possitively.
