In dynamic environment, valuable resources are becoming more and more important to the performance of new ventures. Now academics and enterprises are paid attention closely to the resource development that can give superior performance to firms. After the black box between the development and performance were seen through, it is found that the dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between resource development and new venture performance, which is also regarded as a bridge linking the two variables.
