An Empirical Study on the Relationship of Market Orientation, Quality Orientation and Business Performance |

Abstract Based on 110 samples of Chinese enterprises, this research indicates that the quality orientation is positively corrected to market orientation; market orientation of a firm has a positive effect on its business performance. However, quality management alone does not appear to directly affect performance success.
