Abstract Based on 1062 samples of Chinese enterprises by using ILCQ (Individual Learning Capability Questionnaire), the current status of Chinese business leaders' individual learning capability is analyzed. It shows that leaders' individual learning capability has significant effect on organizational innovation and performance. Some suggestions of developing individual learning capability for business leaders are proposed. The improvement for future research is finally discussed.
