As an industrial organization, industrial clusters have prominent competitive advantages and scale efficiency, while ecological development of industrial clusters have great significances for their upgrading as well as harmonious development of regional economy and society. This paper describes the connotation of ecological development of industry clusters and proposes the mode of ecological development of industrial clusters. After analyzing the practice of Shandong Xinwen industrial cluster, it proposes that this mode can promote the sustainable development of regional economy. This study will give references for the transformation of industrial clusters.
