Moderating Effect of Organizational Learning on the Relationship between Organizational Innovation and Performance

Abstract  

This study investigates the 217 enterprises in the Pearl River Delta Region to examine the interactive effect among organizational innovation, organizational learning and organizational performance. A moderating effect model is formulated and validated. The results of hierarchical multiple regression not only show that organizational innovation and organizational learning have direct effect on performance, but also verify the moderating effects of organizational learning between organizational innovation and performance.
