Abstract

An theoretical relationship model is established by taking the organizational learning ability of the enterprise, the barrier attributes of technical knowledge, the knowledge sharing platform, the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing and the compatibility level between partners as the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among members of a supply chain and the knowledge acquisition and the cooperation performance as the evaluation standards of knowledge sharing effects.According to an empirical study, the organizational learning ability of enterprise and the barrier attributes of technical knowledge have a significant correlation with knowledge acquisition and no significant correlation with cooperation performance, while the knowledge sharing platform, the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing and the compatibility level between partners have significant correlation with both knowledge acquisition and cooperation performance.
