Study on the Drive-effect of Chinese Enterprises' Export on FDI Based on Cultural Clusters

Abstract  

Combined with theories of psychic distance and cultural distance,this paper tests the drive-effect of Chinese Enterprises' export on FDI by the method of granger causality test.The results indicate that Chinese Enterprises' export has significant drive-effect on FDI in global market. The drive-effect positively correlates with cultural distances in different cultural cluster markets.At last,the paper describes the characteristics of the process of Chinese enterprises' internationalization,and proposes the related implications of management.
