Abstract After concrete analysis of the composition and compilation processes of knowledge from the low to the high level, we conclude that the mechanism of organizational knowledge emerges from bottom to top and the emergence of organizational knowledge is the integration of knowledge sharing and knowledge generation structure reflected from different levels.
