It is Chinese management scholars' mission to promote the harmonious development of enterprise practice and management theory by exploring Chinese-style management. This paper expounds three essential conditions for shaping Chinese-style management：the effective result of Chinese enterprises' practice，the knowledge of major issues in practice and the understanding of Chinese philosophy and humanistic spirit.
