Chinese traditional management culture takes strategy as the core of management in the view of philosophy and contains prolific humanistic ideology which behaves as the syncretization of scientific, artistic and philosophic elements in management practice. The cognitive framework of Chinese management supported by the comparison of the tree of strategy could improve the syncretism between the research of management science and management philosophy and then the amalgamation of Chinese Traditional Management Culture and Management Science. The significance of Chinese management research is to promote management research from scientism paradigm to humanistic paradigm.
