Abstract From the perspective of person-organization fit theory, this paper investigates the relationship between person-organization fit and job satisfaction, and their influence on turnover intention. The results indicate: i) personorganization fit has positive influence on job satisfaction; ii) person-organization fit has negative influence on turnover intention; iii) job satisfaction has negative influence on turnover intention; iv) two dimensions of job satisfaction—working pressure satisfaction and management factor satisfaction have medium influence on the effects of person-organization fit on turnover intention.
