Abstract

“Management in China” actually embodies the Autonomy of Chinese social sciences in the field of management. With the rapid economic development and raising of national status, “local knowledge” of management has become a scientific task deserves Chinese management researchers’ attention. However, the level of research standard is relatively lower now. So the research of “Chinese management phenomenon” should be advocated. The research system and supervision should be restructured. We also need to encourage scholars, especially young scholars to do middlelong term research on Chinese management phenomenon.
