At present, there are many TMT (top management team) conflicts happening in the process of its establishment and operation. To solve this problem, inthe paper, some causes and types of the decisionmaking conflicts are analyzedin detail. At the same time, we introduce decisionmaking coefficient and the different solutions to the unity decisionmaking are systemically analyzed by themending model sort of preferences so as to achieve the state balance and defuse the conflicts of the TMT.
