Using the existing measures in social network theory, this paper analyzes the characters of the social networks of entrepreneurs in Xi'an. The characters of the whole network and two sub networks,the working network and the daily network are derived, and the differences between them are theoretically explained. Based on that, the tentative clustering and grouping analysis of the sub net works are made.
