Research on the Impact Mechanism of Network Market Orientations on New Ventures’ Organizational Resilience

Abstract  Based on organizational information processing theory, this study constructs a moderated mediation model to reveal the impact mechanism of network market orientations on the new ventures’ organizational resilience. Taking 317 new ventures in China as samples, the study finds that: network market orientations has a positive impact on new ventures’ organizational resilience. Ambidextrous improvisation mediates the above relationship. Digital technology strengthens the positive relationship between network market orientations and ambidextrous improvisation, and further moderates the mediating effect of ambidextrous improvisation between network market orientations and new ventures’ organizational resilience.
