Abstract In order to explore the intermediary mechanism and boundary conditions of opportunity-resource integration affecting enterprise performance from the perspective of the entrepreneurial supply chain, a regulated intermediary model is constructed, and an empirical study is conducted on 454 member enterprises of the entrepreneurial supply chain from the upstream and downstream of Faw-Volkswagen. The results show that: entrepreneurial supply chain capability plays an intermediary role between opportunity-resource integration and enterprise performance; Power asymmetry negatively regulates the relationship between opportunity-resource integration and entrepreneurial supply chain capability; Power asymmetry has a negative regulatory effect on the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial supply chain capability.
