Abstract Focusing on the research question of“How do serial entrepreneurs carry out subsequent entrepreneurship in the context of entrepreneurial failure”, this study uses grounded theory research method to construct the model which shows the serial entrepreneurial process under the dual development main lines of “external action path” and “internal growth path”of entrepreneurs. Results show that there are interaction phenomena of “action—growth” and “growth—action”in the dual paths of serial entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial talent and resource accumulation of serial entrepreneurs from failure will empower the next entrepreneurship.
