Abstract Around the conference theme of “Crisis Management and Chinese Wisdom”, the 2020 Annual Conference of Management in China (13th) focused on Chinese management practice in the new management context. Through the in-depth communications between management scholars and practitioners, the conference explored management issues at all levels under sudden crisis situations, which further deepened the understanding of local management practices and theories. Based on the conference reports, papers, and on-spot discussions, we made a review on the main views proposed at the conference.
