Abstract Based on reciprocal determinism and Chinese traditional ethical thought, this study applied procedural grounded theory to analyze the interaction process among the cognition and behavior of leaders and employees as well as the “family culture”environment in the case of a traditional culture practicing enterprise Z company, summarized the behavior and ethical quality characteristics of the leaders and employees, presented their interaction mechanism of“the unity of knowing and doing”,and constructed its leader-employee ethical interaction model. It is concluded that introspection not only constructs the behavior and ethical quality of leaders and employees in the traditional culture practicing enterprise, but also plays a key role in the ethical interaction between leaders and employees. This study is helpful to understand the characteristics of Chinese ethical leadership and organizational ownership behavior, as well as the ethical interaction relationship between them. It is also of great significance to develop the theory of ethical leadership and enrich the research on organizational ownership behavior.
