Research on the Mechanism of Social Media on Employees’Knowledge Integration from the Perspective of Social Learning

Abstract  Based on the questionnaire survey data of 423 knowledge-type employees,under the social learning theory research framework, according to the theory of social support and person-environment fit theory as the foundation, this study uses the structural equation model to discuss the mechanism of social mediaaffecting on knowledge integration, and analyzes the mediating effect of the sense of belonging on online and offline social support .The results show that:making use of social media has a positive impact on the two types of social support, and social support significantly affects the degree of personal knowledge integration through the two types of person-environment fit factors;the sense of belonging partial mediates the relationship between online social support and offline social support.
