Abstract  Based on the perspective of upper echelons theory and cognitive theory, this study explores the impact mechanism of holistic thinking and analytical thinking of entrepreneurial firms’ top management team (TMT) on the infrastructure and value attribute of the business model. The results show that: ①holistic thinking positively affects the infrastructure attribute of the business model; ②there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between holistic thinking and the value attribute of the business model. That is, when TMT presents a moderate holistic thinking, the value attribute of the entrepreneurial business model is higher; ③there is a U-shaped relationship between analytical thinking and the infrastructure attribute of the business model. That is to say, when TMT shows a lower or higher analytical thinking, the infrastructure attribute of the business model is stronger; ④analytical thinking positively affects the value attribute of the business model.
