Abstract his study adopts the Grounded Theory research method to deeply explore the organizational transformation of Kutesmart when achieving the data-driven production system from the perspective of organizational empowerment, and buildsa mechanism model. The research points out that: ① Design a reasonable organizational structure by removing the horizontal and vertical, internal and external boundaries to improve communication efficiency in organization. ② Promote the digitalization, standardization, networking and transparency of organizational resources to improve the responsive efficiency and quality of organizational resources called by demand. ③ Release scientific and rational organizational systems and norms to achieve authorization, then improve organizational members’ capabilities of self-management and self-motivation, and also their autonomy and creativity. Finally, fully release the empowerment effect of organizational structure, resources and members in data-driven product designing, manufacturing and sales process,so as to promote manufacturing companies to achieve data-driven production systems.
