Abstract Based on the literature review and questionnaire survey, the study proposes the attitudes and behaviors of artisan spirit driven by professional values and applies exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and other statistical methods to develop an indigenous scale of artisan spirit which contains 8 items and 2 dimensions. The study builds a model “artisan spirit-job well-being-innovative performance” to test the effect of the scale. The results provide a clear measurement tool for the follow-up study.
