Abstract Themed on “Management Wisdom of UACC Era ” and based on the new situation of Chinese management practice, the 2018 Annual Conference on Management in China (11th) focused on the reflection and dialogue of management theory research and practice exploration, as well as fully explored and discussed how to innovate and develop the management theory under the background of the UACC era, which is full of uncertainty, ambiguity, complexity and changeability. Based on the conference reports, on-spot discussions and papers, we made a review on the main viewpoints about the conference.
