Abstract  In this paper, we will discuss views that professor Li xin carried out in his paper of 《X-Integrationism for Chinese Indigenous Management Research》. Li xin views that Chinese traditional culture is good at seeking virtue, but not good at seeking truth. So traditional culture can not directly guide the development of indigenous management. However,, we do not think so. We think that seeking virtue is very important to the indigenous management. At the same time, Chinese traditional culture is good at seeking truth. At last Li xin’s understanding about “Zhongyong” is wrong and there are lots of common points between the Taoist and the Confucian.
