Abstract From the perspective of digital empowerment capabilities, this study explores the impact of digital empowerment on value co-creation process in platform enterprises of DiDi ChuXing. It is found that in the pilot phase, platform enterprise improves the platform and promotes the stable adjustment of resources by the connection ability of people and material, people and people, the perception ability of users’ behavior and the exchange ability of information; in the copy phase, platform enterprise divides users and promotes the rich refinement of resources by the connection ability of people and material, people and people, people and information, the allocation ability of dynamic resource and the processing ability of information; in the expansion phase, platform enterprise provides the best service and promotes the innovation of resources by the connection ability of people and material, people and people, people and information, information and information, the quick ability of classification and the sharing ability of information. The result shows that platform enterprises can effectively promote value co-creation digital empowerment and dynamic evolution.
