Develop and Test the Relationship Management Scale in the Organization: In Chinese Context

Abstract  “Guanxi” has become a typical situational factor in Chinese management research. Chinese organizations have Guanxi governance activities. This paper comprehensive Guanxi governance research and the connotation of “relationship”, put forward Chinese governance organization relationship is with each other through contend reciprocity obligation and emotion which can inspire and constraint each other behavior, then realize the organization economic and family goal. We put forward the second-order five-factor model of Guanxi governance through grounded theory, structure rules contain concentration degree and specific knowledge, relationship rules include three factors: interpersonal relationship, interpersonal trust and relationship authority. Through the empirical verification of the relationship management measurement scale, can provide a clear measurement tool for the follow-up study.
