Abstract Based on the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and goal-setting theory, we discussed the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being. Using data from 716 enterprises’ employees in China, hierarchical regression results showed that there is a positive relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being. Our results also verified that the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being is partially mediated by goal acceptance. Moreover, perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and goal acceptance, also moderates the mediation effect of goal acceptance.
