Abstract The research breaks through the vein of entrepreneurship ambidexterity theory, presents a brand new concept of “opportunity-resource integration”, and interprets that entrepreneur behavior is actually a behavior of opportunity-resource integration. So, according to this perspective, on the basis of reasonable construction of opportunity resource integration system, this study employs multiple sets of case analysis system to explore the mechanism of “opportunity-resource integration” in the process of entrepreneurship, and creatively constructs the flow diagram of entrepreneurship based on the “opportunity-resource integration”.
