Abstract  Feedback seeking behavior is a kind of proactive behavior that can promote performance of individuals and teams. Team leader’s attitude and behavior have a great influence on team member’s behavior. From the perspective of reasoned action theory and social cognition theory, this study constructed and validated a cross level mediated moderation model of inclusive leadership, team mental model, team reflexivity and employee feedback seeking behavior. Results from 227 members of 52 teams in 7 cities showed that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on team mental model, team reflexivity plays a moderating role between inclusive leadership and team mental model. Team reflexivity moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee feedback seeking behavior through team mental model, which constructs a cross level mediated moderation model. High level of team reflexivity can weaken the direct effect of inclusive leadership on feedback seeking behavior.
