A Literature Review of Employee-Organization Relationship and Future Prospects

Abstract  Employee-organization relationship is an important part of enterprise management, and it is also a hot topic in organizational management research. From the perspective of human resource management, this article summarizes the researches about employee-organization relationship home and abroad from the perspective of employers. Employee-organization relationship is defined as a formal and informal, economic, cultural and psychological relationship between employer and employee. On the basis of the definition, the review systematically analyzes the dimensions and measurement, influencing factors, effects and mechanism, and draws the outline of research frameworks, then outlines future research directions of employee-organization relationship in exploration of the former and intermediary mechanisms, and concerns about well-being, contextualization and other aspects.
