Abstract It is a significant direction to reveal the occurrence mechanism of green entrepreneurship by excavating the impact of entrepreneurial ethics and institutional environment on its opportunity exploitation through teasing apart existing research findings, the inherent mechanism of this impact still needs further study in the future. This study teases the dynamic phases and inner structures of opportunity exploitation of green entrepreneurship, and also construct as well as test the interaction model between entrepreneurs’ ethics and institutional environmental to further reveal the impact mechanism this interaction has on the opportunity exploitation. Therefore, this study extracts the value realization mechanism of green entrepreneurial opportunities’ exploitation under certain context, which is significant to enrich the entrepreneurial opportunity research and entire entrepreneurship theoretical system.
