Abstract  The influencing factors recognition framework of Cloud ERP service mode classification is built from both sides of the supply and demand, according to mode related literature and enterprise interview conclusions. Then common factors are extracted by using the exploratory factor analysis on the influencing factors of Cloud ERP service mode classification. The research results indicate that five common factors are extracted from both sides of the supply and demand, namely service orientation factors, service implementation factors, service demand factors, service guarantee factors and service delivery factors, which belong to three perspectives: service providers’ perspective, customers’ perspective and mutual perspective. Cloud ERP service mode classification is mutually influenced by factors from these three perspectives.
