Research on the Evaluation Index System of Human Resources Management Quality in Large Enterprise Groups

Abstract  Improving the human resources management quality (HRMQ), further enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise groups, and promoting sustained and healthy development, are absolutely necessary. Based on the exploration of the internal and external factors influencing HRMQ, this study comes up with the framework of evaluation index system about HRMQ in enterprise groups through the analysis on the evaluation dimensions of process and result, which includes five major aspects, fourteen dimensions, and sixty-six index guidelines. Besides, this study carries out both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis through empirical methods. This research has certain guidance and referencing significance to enterprise groups on improving their human resource management quality.
