Abstract This study selects Junpu E-commerce entrepreneurial cluster as case and carries out longitudinal in-depth analysis based on social network theory. The results show that: in the infancy stage, kinship embedded networks help to stimulate entrepreneurial motivation and provide resources for start-up; then, with the help of the Internet, geographical-extension relationship is easy to be embedded in the entrepreneurial cluster, it would help to expand entrepreneurial opportunities and introduce resources, in this stage, government officials can play a supporting role in the cluster; finally, entrepreneur behaviors would be affected by local culture, this is to say, the greater degree of clan concept in mind, the greater possibility of the entrepreneurs would resist to geographical-extension network, and it may hinder the sustainable development of the cluster. This research extends the theoretical category in terms of entrepreneur networks, and the results would also be of critical references for the development of Tabao Village.
