Abstract  Three typical successful historic commercial districts in Guangxi ,are taken to investigate the evolution, the main features and the influential factors in some period. The crucial factors mainly are regional advantages,regional culture, characteristics, government conduct, urban management concept, integrated marketing communication, and innovation capability.
