Abstract On the basis of the integration of stakeholders’ subjective evaluation and objective elements, this paper presents an integrated innovation project evaluation model based on satisfaction of stakeholders, and use both prospect theory and fuzzy sets to solve the satisfaction measurement problem in the codecision making process with multi stakeholder involved, and then an innovation project integration method based on satisfaction of stakeholders is proposed. The major contribution of this research lies in the quantitative analysis of stakeholders’ subjective evaluation and the structured method for project tracking evaluation, which makes the tracking decision making and sequential changes in innovation project more scientific, efficient, and consistent.
