A New Paradigm for Management Is Needed in This Sharing-Based Era

Abstract  

Through the emerging societal changes and new features of organizations and individuals along with the increasing advancement of Internet and communication technology, this study identified two critical characteristics of the current sharing-based era: the vanishing of traditional employment and the prominence of individual contributions. In view of these realities, this study proposed a new paradigm for organizational management along with its critical factors and several propositions.
