Abstract  

It is advocated that integrating knowledge and theories, values and individual behaviors is demanding in contemporary management practice, and the continuously updating, developing and promoting of this integration is absolutely vital for the management success. C Theory has remarkable components rooting from Ru theory, in particular, the components advocating the individuals’ efforts by hearts and their continuous pursuit of knowledge. The life philosophy and innovation philosophy lying in cosmology are the basic of Chinese philosophy as well as management philosophy.
