Abstract  This study uses the data collected from 301 employees who are engaged in administration, management, finance, research and development, to examine the mediated-moderating effect of supervisor-subordinate guanxi on the influence of perceptions of organizational politics over turnover intention. The results show that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of perceptions of organizational politics over turnover intention, in which supervisor-subordinate guanxi can also play a role of mediate-moderator.
