Abstract The project was granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2008under the project No. 70871110. This study was started in January 2009 and was completed in December 2011. In 2014, the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China appraised the project to be an Excellent one. This paper presents the proposal for the project, its research content, working progress as well as the creative and important findings.
