Learning Orientation, Dynamic Capability and the Competitive Advantage: An Empirical Study on New Firms

Abstract  Based on 317 samples from new firms, this paper investigates the relationships among learning orientation,dynamic capability and the competitive advantage.The empirical study shows that learning orientation has positive effect on dynamic capability,which,in turn, affects the competitive advantage positively.Besides,dynamic capability plays a mediating role between learning orientation and the competitive advantage while learning orientation has no effect on the competitive advantage.
