Abstract Firstly, from the perspective of CGS system，this paper analyzes the evolution path of China’s ten years’ management practice, its value drive and evaluation system, and based upon China’s “Top Ten Management Practices” selection results for the year from 2003 until 2012, it finds out the Chinese management practice evolution path and trends. Secondly, from the perspective of stakeholders, it argues that the gradual change of management practice value drivers from shareholders’ interests maximization to stakeholder interests optimization is the characteristics of the evolution of management practice. At last, from the perspective of the stakeholders under CGS system, it evaluates the management practice in China to present a complete contextual system for China’s management practice.
