Abstract This paper aims to clarify the characteristics of the new career and its impact on human resource management practices, and the relationship between the new career and human resource management practices. In this paper, we systematically explain the change of employment relationship, organizational commitment, career success criteria and organizational career management and their impacts on the organizational human resource management and organizational performance.This study has shown that under the new career, personorganization fit is a key factor that affects the individual career success and organizational performance. On this basis, we propose the ideas and countermeasures of the reform and innovation of human resource management.
