Abstract This article focuses on the study of the effect of employees’ individual moral cognitive development, locus of control, and perceived corporate culture of employees on their ethical decisionmaking; explore their specific functions in the process of ethical decisionmaking. Result shows that: employee’s moral cognitive development has a significant influence on individual ethical judgments and ethical behavior intention; locus of control has effect on three stages in the process of ethical decision making; flexibility dimensions of corporate culture has significant positive effect on ethical cognitive.
