Abstract This paper use classic grounded theory methodology, makes two typical Chinese private enterprise as cases, researches the problem of theirs entrepreneurial team division, preliminary induces the four main procedures, a directly drive and four indirectly drives of Chinese private enterprises’ entrepreneurial team division.
