Abstract This research explores the mechanism of how new generation migrant workers achieve their job embeddedness in organizations based on their dual identities. It tests the interior mechanism of new generation migrant workers identity and job embeddedness through moderating effect analysis and HLM. This study develops the antecedent variable of job embeddedness from individual and group level respectively. It is useful for organization supervisors to help new generation migrant workers associate with organizations and get longterm career development.
